At Tales.com, we want you to love your new style, but if something isn't quite right, we offer a seamless 30-day return policy for all unworn apparel. Simply ensure all original tags are attached and the items are in their original condition to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the garments in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier partner and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed by our warehouse team.
